Butter Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds cubed beef stew meat

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

Description

Leftover butter beef can be refrigerated in an airtight container and enjoyed for up to three days. To freeze leftovers, wrap beef cubes (try dipping them in sauce beforehand to retain flavor) in cling wrap. Cooked butter beef will last up to two months in the freezer.
