Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Description

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Season with the kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, and toss to coat the cubes.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  4. Add the steak cubes and sear until browned on all sides, about 6 to 8 minutes total.
